Do you offer in-store/local pickup?
Yes we do. Please choose local pickup when placing your order. We will have your order ready within 24 hours.
Can I purchase items individually in your store or do I have to purchase a Gift Basket?
Yes, you can purchase any of our items individually from over 65 Canadian Vendors and Small Businesses instore.
Do you deliver outside of Dufferin County?
Yes, we do! If your basket needs to be shipped out of Province, please call us at 519-307-4438. Please keep in mind, there is no guarantee delivery date if your basket needs to be shipped through Canada Post.
Can we send our baskets through Purolator, UPS, Canpar or another carrier?
Unfortunately, not at this time, we only ship through Canada Post.
Do you deliver to the United States or across Canada?
Yes, we do! We ship all over the world via Canada Post. Please keep in mind, there is no guarantee delivery date if your basket needs to be shipped through Canada Post. Please ensure you have the full address and it is 100% correct before placing your order. For out of Province deliveries, please do not order online, give us a call at 519-307-4438.
Can I customize my own basket?
Yes, you can! Please fill out the 'Order a Custom Basket' form on our website and be as detailed as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can or give us a call at 519-307-4438 if you do not hear from us within 48 hours.
I am a vendor or a small business and I would like to enquire about selling my items in your store.
Please email us at email@example.com with as much information about your business, products and a few pictures and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please remember, we have limited space and we cannot duplicate other vendors' products so unfortunately as much as we would like to carry everyone's products, we just do not have the space! Remember, we only carry products that are made in Canada and follow all Canadian food safety guidelines.
I see a basket online that I would like to purchase but I do not think they will like one of the items, can I remove that item or switch the item with something else?
Of course you can! Give us a call at 519-307-4438 and you can order over the phone.
What if the person I am sending a basket to is not home when you deliver?
We always call ahead to let them know that we are delivering a basket to them, when we deliver the basket and if they are not home, we will leave the basket on their front step.
Can we add alcohol to our basket?
Yes, you can! We now have our Liquor Licence at our shop. Please keep in mind that we do not shop by brand name, if you want alcohol added to your basket, please specify 'white' or 'red' wine, regular or lite beer, and how many.
Unfortunately, you cannot bring wine into the shop to add to your basket, you can only add the wine we provide.
Do you offer sympathy baskets?
Yes we do, all of our baskets you see online can be a sympathy basket as well. If you would like to customize one, please fill out the 'Order a Custom Basket' form on our website and be as detailed as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can or give us a call at 519-307-4438.
Do you have Gluten Free, Peanut Free or Vegan Baskets available?
We do have a small variety of Gluten Free, Peanut Free or Vegan products at our shop. Please fill out the 'Order a Custom Basket' form on our website and be as detailed as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can or give us a call at 519-307-4438.
I ordered something online and want to cancel my order, when do I get a refund?
If you placed an order online and need to cancel, you can call us at the store and request to cancel your order (If your order has already been made, baked, prepared, etc. You will NOT be able to cancel your order or receive a refund). If you placed an order online, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card.
